ENGLEWOOD –– Jeremy Snook’s football career will continue at Webber International University, as the Lemon Bay High School senior signed his letter of intent Thursday.
“My entire senior season was a big upside,” Snook said. “It taught me a lot as a football player, and how it’s a team effort.”
Snook spent time at both cornerback and quarterback during his time with the Manta Rays, but will make the move to safety at Webber.
“Jeremy has been a three-year starter on defense,” Lemon Bay coach DJ Ogilvie said. “He made an impression on us when he was a sophomore. As a corner, he had a real feel for the game. You can tell he’s really football-knowledgeable.”
Webber is an NAIA school which competes in the Sun Conference and is located just outside of Lakeland.
